At Clairejane-Manchester, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before requesting a return.


Return Period

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and unworn.

  • Be in its original condition.

  • Include all original tags and packaging where applicable.

  • Show no signs of damage caused after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


How to Request a Return

Before returning any item, you must first contact our customer support team.

Include the following information:

  • Your full name

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for your return

Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide you with the appropriate return instructions and the designated return address.

Please do not send any items back without prior authorisation, as this may delay or prevent the processing of your return.


Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect upon arrival, customers are responsible for the cost of returning their order.

Return shipping costs vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier you choose.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot accept responsibility for returns that are lost or damaged during transit.


Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your return request.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase whenever possible.

Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account after the returned item has been received and approved.

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.


Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include:

  • Your order number.

  • A description of the issue.

  • Clear photographs showing the problem.

Our customer support team will review your case and work with you to provide an appropriate solution.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

After this period, your order may already be in processing or preparation for shipment and cancellation may no longer be possible.

If your order has already been dispatched, you may request a return after receiving your package in accordance with this policy.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety or legal reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return where permitted by law.

This may include:

  • Personalised or customised products.

  • Gift cards.

  • Items that have clearly been worn, washed or altered after delivery.


Refused Deliveries

If a package is refused or returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, refusal to accept delivery, or failure to collect the parcel from the carrier, additional shipping or handling fees may apply before a replacement or refund can be issued.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, colour or item, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order through our website.
