Shipping policy

What is the delivery time?

The delivery time consists of two stages:

1. Processing time

Within 1-3 working days of placing your order, it will be checked, approved and packaged. The package will then be prepared for shipment.

2. Delivery time

[Country] 5-10 working days

Shipping is handled by [largest postal operator in that country].
All delivery times do not include possible customs delays. During busy periods, such as Christmas, Black Friday and New Year, deliveries may take longer.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free premium shipping. This includes insurance against theft, loss or damage to the package.

Where is my package?

After shipment, the customer receives an email with a tracking number. You can track your order on the tracking page on our website. To do this, click on "track your order" in the main menu of our website.

For logistical reasons, an order may be shipped in several parts.

My tracking number doesn't work

It may take up to 5 business days for tracking information to update. If there is still no information after a few days, you can contact customer service.
